Pants/Hair

When my sister was little she had an elastic waistband skirt in her dress-up clothes. It was covered in a horrid brown flower pattern that only the late 70s/early 80s could manifest. For what seemed like a solid year (or three?) she wore it on her head. She gathered it over one shoulder and brushed ever so gently it and said it was her hair.

Bine is her aunt's niece.
