Sarah

For the last month we've been taking yoga classes twice a week from a wonderful Australian woman named Sarah. She calls hips "heeps" and me "Amander" and we absolutely adore her. Unfortunately she had to leave Utila to get back to life down under, so John Arne and I are in serious withdrawel. She gave us homework, but we haven't been as motivated without her instruction.

Jennifer was having preggers-yoga with Sarah, which is how we heard about her. They normally practiced outside of Sarah's house but when the rains were too intense to be outdoors we combined classes in our front room.

It was a bit embarrasing. Jennifer is over seven months

pregnant and SO much more flexible than me.
